Construction Loans: Lender number 1

Basically, I do the pre-approval for the permanent loan and then the

construction loan works off of my documentation, utilizing the credit

package and appraisal. The construction loan asks that the borrower

invest 10% of the hard costs of the project and new this week, the

borrower must have a post closing liquidity of 10% of the construction

loan.
